  What kind of subway doesn’t have a working toaster … and half the ingredients are out of stock. This place needs a lot of work!

  It's a sandwich shop, what more can I say on that. Staff doesn't ever seem happy to be there and it shows.

  Ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup from their website. When my husband picked up the sandwiches mine was incorrect. I ordered a flatbread double meat oven roasted chicken sandwich with provolone, fresh mozzarella, pickles and cucumbers. What they made was an Italian on flatbread with provolone, pickles and cucumbers. No extra meat, incorrect protein, and no fresh mozzarella. When my husband asked for a replacement they said they don't do that. They also said they were out of flatbread and did not carry the fresh mozzarella. I want to know what makes it ok to charge someone for the sandwich but give them something else entirely? We paid for the extra cheese and the extra meat. You can't just give people random sandwiches and charge them for it and then not even apologize. We get sandwiches from there often because of work and more often than not they have been incorrect. I usually let it go, but this time getting a completely wrong sandwich, being charged for what was ordered but not received, and getting attitude from the staff just left a sour taste in my mouth. For as often as I have ordered from this store I will be taking my money elsewhere. Because I work hard and don't appreciate getting attitude over something that should have been an easy fix and that should have never happened in the first place.

  Store has never been clean, employees very rude and don't seem to do a job, close down you've failed. Not recommended
