  This JJ wasn’t terrible. The counter person was slightly condescending. She didn’t understand that I eat a Jimmy John’s multiple times a week because she felt the need to tell me what comes on the same sandwich that I ordered every time. My instructions were not followed, and my sandwich did not meet my expectations. Even though they did not meet my expectations, I will go and give them another chance. You know how distracting it is when you’re on your phone and there are no other customers, and instead of cleaning, maintaining your Restaurant following the one and only order you’ve probably gotten in one hour. You dropped the ball. Not thrilled with this visit, but I will allow them to redeem themselves on my next visit.

  I did a catering order for a church function. I ordered online but I called to get some details ironed out. Both times I spoke to nice staff. My order was complete on time. The food got rave reviews at the function. I realized why I missed Jimmy John's. Would definitely go back.

  Very rude counter staff, I understand having one hour left, you want to clean up and get home. I left a nice tip even with the attitude being the generous heart I have. I dont need the eye rolls, the snarky attitude, the standoffishness. Good customer service is part of the job, from beginning till close. Im sure alot of customers see this because its not a first for me. The girl cleaning was very pleasant upon entering. Cashier may not like the job.
