  I am not a game/flashing lights/loud environment person (at all) but every time I come here I have so much fun. The staff is super friendly and nice and it’s a fun way to spend some time. I usually have loop earplugs and migraine tinted glasses with me and wear those and have a blast. It’s in a great spot and we usually stop in for a date night for an hour before running a few errands in the area.

  We enjoy going here for food, drinks and to play. It has gotten so expensive and the staff at the desk the last time we went looked like they hated their job and almost didn't greet us and took a while to acknowledge we were there. Hopefully next time we can just reload on the kiosk and forgo dealing with those people. It was over $100 for 5 drinks and an appetizer. So I doubt we will get drinks like that again unfortunately

  Stopped down with the kids for some food and fun after the Pirates game on Sunday ... Dave and Buster's did not disappoint! Matt was the manager and geez, what an AMAZING guy! He got us a booth cleaned, our party sat and the 4 of us drinks immediately. He came back to check in with us and had the cotton candy machine serviced within 5 minutes of me asking about it being down, then even came back to give me the "tester" once it was working =) His customer service goes above and beyond! We will DEFINITELY be back!

  My friends and I had a horrible experience here on the 25th. The only reason we came, was because we saw the online advertisement about being a great spot to watch the USA world cup matches and the "unlimited wings, fries and gameplay". Whenever we came, no one seemed to know about this deal. They then said it was "by mouth only" and they would honor it since it was on the website. but in reality, no one knew anything about it or seemed to even have their kitchen prepared. It took 25-30mins for my first order of wings to come out. boneless, with ranch and got 8 pieces. next order after that, 20 minutes. 4 wings. another 20-25 mins. 4 wings. never any fries! wait time took up to 30 minutes for my friends to get 4 little wings. once we told the bartender a few times the deal comes with fries, he brought out a bowl and said "don't worry this wont be on your bill". meanwhile, it's a part of the promotion! I didn't get a water refill ALL night until we left. friends were not asked for alcohol refills either. on top of the frustrating food experience, the bartender was just miserable. to make the night worse, there were 4 minutes left of the game and they turned off all of the tv's. this doesn't even add on to the fact most of the game couldn't be watched due to all the tv's losing signal. this was absolutely a waste of time and money, and just such a bad experience during a night that was meant to be fun!

  We had to scramble and find a place for our son’s birthday party the morning of the party. We planned to have a pool party, but the weather canceled those plans. Dave and Buster’s at the Waterfront saved the party when the weather didn’t cooperate. The young man (I didn’t catch his name) at the front desk helped me make the best decision for the amount each game card should have and what was the best value for the amount of people we had coming. Julie and her teammate were incredible, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were both helpful, kind and patient with our group when taking food and drink orders. They helped make what could have been a stressful event worry free.
