The service is slow, options are constantly not available, and forget about ordering online because the service is down more than it is available. Avoid this location...and don't bother calling customer service, as they will not make whatever was wrong with your order correct.

These employees work with no urgency for the customer, and could care less. In line for 40 minutes. Still not at counter.

Although the young man assisting me at the front desk was pretty cool, the kid that was putting together the rice and meats was very unprofessional and very conflicting with the other staff. He seemed bothered but, this is a HUGE reason management or a seasoned supervisor would have been helpful. There were several younger attendants that didnt know what they were supposed to be doing no organization and it wasn't clean. Containers with no food, the wait time would have lasted at least 45 minutes to an hour and the unprofessional atmosphere should warrant a rebranding. As much as I hate to provide this review its needed to express a tired, and hungry customer being told " im not sure whats happening, and dont know when well have what we need". This was a bad look
- LWL. WilliamsAug 29, 20262.0I waited approximately 40 minutes for steak to be ready. I appreciated that they remade my bowl fresh after the long wait. While they were remaking it, I asked for a small side of lime sauce. After everything was already bagged, I was told I would need to be charged separately for the sauce because it hadn't been included when I originally paid. After waiting 40 minutes, I felt asking me to do another transaction for a small side of sauce showed very little consideration for the inconvenience. I asked for the manager, who was polite and allowed me to have the sauce at no charge, which I appreciated. The sauce wasn't really the issue....it was the overall customer service after such a long wait.
