  I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience at a fast-food restaurant. On 9/23/26 around 8:40 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a burger with tots, a Dr Pepper, and two milkshakes. My girlfriend, who is 9 months pregnant, ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. About five minutes after we received our order, she asked me to try it. The taste was absolutely horrible — extremely bitter and sour, and nothing like a milkshake should taste. I ended up getting sick and throwing up throughout the night, and I also threw up the rest of the food I had eaten. I have never experienced anything like this from a restaurant before. What makes this even more concerning is that my girlfriend is 9 months pregnant and consumed the milkshake. Food safety and quality should be taken seriously, and this experience was completely unacceptable. Absolutely the worst place I have ever eaten. I would not recommend this place to anyone after this experience. I expect management to take this complaint seriously and investigate what happened.

  I spent almost $10 on a medium blast and it came with spoiled ice cream mix. I could taste and smell it. I don't know how the employees couldn't see it

  Currently going on an hour wait for two drinks and a small side, and they dont have a refund or cancel order process on the app for me to be able to get out of line
