I’m new to the area and wanted to support this location, but after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. My first visit on a Sunday was a positive experience. The store appeared to be run mostly by teenagers, but they worked well together and were polite. Unfortunately, my experience this Saturday was the complete opposite. During a busy rush, I witnessed an adult male employee repeatedly yelling at teenage girls working there. One girl was clearly doing her best to manage the register and customers, yet he continued to raise his voice at her and order her around as if she were responsible for everything happening in the store. Shortly after, I watched that same girl go into the restroom and return with tears in her eyes and her face bright red. As a parent, it was extremely upsetting to see a grown man speak to young employees that way. I asked if she was okay, and she quietly told me that this happens all the time with him. No workplace—especially one employing teenagers—should tolerate that kind of behavior. It creates a hostile environment not only for the staff but also for customers who have to witness it. Management should seriously look into how employees are being treated at this location. Until something changes, I will not be bringing my family back.

Ava then told me she put moldy cheese in my bagel and spit in it. Ava was also very disrespectful and was being a major jerk. Ava needs to get fired ASAP! If I could give this 0 stars I would.
