  This spot gets really busy, so I’d definitely recommend making a reservation! We went on a Tuesday night and it was packed, but we ended up sitting at the bar and had an enjoyable experience overall. The food was a bit hit or miss. The biscuits they bring out were flavorful and absolutely amazing, and the oysters were very fresh. Unfortunately, the shrimp cocktail was a little rubbery, the steak didn’t taste like the highest quality, and the crab cakes didn’t seem as fresh as I would have hoped. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the overall experience, but the food didn’t quite wow us. I’m glad we tried it, but I’m not sure I’d go back.

  We came in at 8:04 and understood it was within an hour of closing and we didn’t have a reservation but we took a chance for my sisters birthday and we came with a wrestling legend who has also never eaten at Devon, we didn’t expect any special treatment but we expected normal Hershey hospitality which we unfortunately did not receive. We let Bella the hostess know we were a party of 3 with no reservation we realized quickly she was very annoyed with us and told us it would be until 8:30 for a table and 40 minutes for a high top at the bar so we looked for 3 seats at the bar and we didn’t see any, we almost left to go somewhere else because we didn’t mind waiting for a table but didn’t want to hold up the restaurant if they closed at 9, as we were leaving we spotted a high top being wiped down so I asked the gentleman if it was going to open and he said yes. We walked back up to the hostess stand and waited for Bella to return to ask if we could have that high top since we were so excited to eat there and didn’t want to leave with out trying to find a spot and again we were meant with a very annoyed Bella, she said something along the lines of “yeah but you’re going to have to give me a couple minutes to get you checked in” with a very unpleasant look on her face and then we watched her writing on a sticky note for a little while before finally taking us to the table. She immediately walked over to the servers and chatted with them and then suspiciously enough we waited for a good bit for our server to finally arrive, we asked what was going on and why it took so long because we genuinely felt targeted by the staff, our server said something about checks and wanted to give us her full attention and honestly she was a fine server after that but the whole thing felt very not Hershey like. The only thing that saved the night was the incredible food, our steaks were cooked perfectly and the oysters we had were the best I’ve ever had. I just think the hostess needs some training on how to treat customers.

  Anniversary dinner while on vacation was pretty darn good! Had a reservation and was seated quickly... In the bar area right next to the bathrooms(was hoping for something more romantic since I mentioned the occasion in booking with requests) then the waiting began. After 20 minutes of sitting watching all the tables around us being taken care of, I reached out to a passing manager. From that point things improved. Our server was great, but the food was fantastic! The entrees and sides were absolutely delicious! Crab cakes were LOADED with crab, both halibut and salmon were cooked to perfection, and sides were all glorious. I know every restaurant has their issues, so I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

  Our server Brittany seemed to have taken her lunch or really long break during our birthday dinner this evening as her visits to our table were so far and few we almost forgot what we ordered. Our order was pasta and seafood so nothing complicated and our plates came out really hot meaning they were sitting under the heat lamp for awhile once ready to be served.We had a reservation and were seated withing 10min of our reservation.

  We did the private dining here, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Prices were incredibly fair and the dishes were even better. Beware this place gets packed so make sure to have a reservation on those busier weekend nights. I got the surf and turf combo with the filet mignon and crabcake. The crabcake pleasantly filled with stringy crab meat. And it was cooked to perfection, and super Juicy.
