  A very filfy place, food on the floor for days, tables not cleaned off, soda fountain area empty and a hot mess. Food portions are ridiculous, when ask for a double of something you don't. I have places pick up orders in the past and its been a disappointment everytime. I get your busy but when the restaurant looks like a hot mess there is no excuse for all the employees standing around and not working or cleaning up the place . Ill take my business to Hummelstown instead.

  I ordered a steak bowl and chips and salsa online they were out of chips just gave me the salsa they couldn't refund me and neither did Chipotle website and they gave me a chicken bowl instead because they ran out of steak without telling me

  I stopped in today around 7pm and was met with the worst customer service I have ever had at a chipotle. I first walked in and there was no one in line and 2 people eating at a table together. I was met with stares from 5 of the workers and then half of them walking away when I went to the counter to order. The girl walked up to me about a minute or two later and finally greeted me by asking what I would like. She then sped through the whole order process cutting me off while I was asking what I wanted. After the first part of the bowl she then asked “what else”. She continued to speed through filling my bowl so fast that food was missing my bowl. Not to mention the food was not very good…Then while I was paying she proceeded to continue talking to her coworkers which she was clearly talking about someone not in the room and not in a kind way. She finally said have a good night to me after I paid and was leaving. I understand rushing if it’s crazy busy but making someone feel like you clearly do not want them in the restaurant so u can continue talking to ur friends while being paid to work is so lazy and rude. They clearly were all teenagers working/ very young adults but learn some customer service and just be kind it’s not that hard.

  *some how this got worse. their was a problem with the building and insted of the workers knowing the evacuation protocol she just says "you might want to get out" as we get up to leave. 🙄 ahhhhh chipotle thank you for reminding me why we don't eat here anymore. out of veggies 2+ hours before the close of service, the stalest chips i have ever had, the messiest dining room i have been in in a long time, service with a wealth of attitude, and someone messing with the breakers in the back causing the lights and music to flicker multiple times. it had been over a year since my last visit to a chipotle visit and it will be aat least that long before i return

  What I got wasn’t even what I ordered, it was like half the size of a normal bowel. Stay away from Hershey, PA location. They weren’t busy at all. You’ve lost a local customer and I will spread the word. Hummelstown is legit though
