  The employee serving us was getting mad at us and giving us attitude saying we were taking too long to order. Nobody else was in line but us. Then we get to the register and they tried to charge us for extra meat for all meals we had bought when nobody got extra meat. I knew something was wrong because how is 4 meals $80? So I called her out and she removed the extra charges. Then when she gave me my receipt I saw she had charged us for extra like guac and queso when only one of us had guac, nobody had queso. I tried to return the food and just get my money back and leave and then she got angry and told us it’s not their issue because we already paid. Not only that but when we did eat our food since we couldn’t get our money back, all of our food did not taste right. Like completely unseasoned food.

  We have been to this location many times throughout the years, but now this locations food has become unacceptable. We had an avocado shell in our guacamole, onion skin in our meat, the regular chip bag has less chips than one of the kids meals, our burrito was half the size as normal, and all of our chips were completely stale! It's a great location right in the heart of Hershey, but when you pay for meal you expect better from Chipotle. This branch needs a significant increase in their quality.

  Best Chipolte I have ever been to with the best STAFF I have ever seen!!! BELLA, ANDREW, DEWAKAR, & NICK are AMAZING!!! They should all be given the BIGGEST of raises because they are TREMENDOUS! Always attentive, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working, this economy does not deserve them! We love this staff, folks!! If they could be cloned to make more people and employees like them, that would be great, because they are one of a kind! They always give me the best experience. I have never been to a Chipolte like this one and it is specifically because if this FANTASTIC team! Love you guys! 🏆🏆🏆🏆👌👌👌👌👏👏👏👏

  I had a bad experience at this restaurant. The trash bins were overflowing—it was impossible to dispose of waste after finishing a meal. The tables and chairs were filthy; there was a complete lack of cleanliness, making it impossible to sit down and eat. The beverage station was also very dirty. This place is unsanitary. I wonder which government authority oversees restaurants; if the dining area is this dirty, what must the hidden food preparation area—which no one can see—be like? The staff were surly; there wasn't a smile to be found, and they looked grumpy the entire time. You couldn't really talk to them; they just wanted to rush through orders and didn't cater to customer needs. Some menu items were unavailable. Although the place is very busy due to its location in a tourist area, it needs much better maintenance. It clearly requires inspection by the relevant government authorities regarding cleanliness, as well as more attention from the manager or owner.

  SKIPS THIS LOCATION DRIVE TO HUMMELSTOWN I recently visited the Chocolate Ave Chipotle in Hershey PA. A mobile order was placed due to a time crunch. Upon opening my veggie bowl, there were no veggies present in the bowl. luckily I was still in the area and I was able to return to the store to resolve the issue. To my surprise the customer service at this store was less than acceptable. Upon approach to the counter, 4 employees were standing around talking by the register (with no one in line). When I spoke to the employee standing at the register she said they were out of veggies and that they were very busy. I asked why the mobile order was fulfilled and why we were not notified at pick up that they were out of veggies and she again stated "we were busy" with an attitude. At this point, I was not happy with the customer service I was receiving. She offered to get me veggies and I stated " I thought you were all out" she then turned around and got a cup of veggies. Upon delivery of the veggies she said there you go and handed them to me aggressively. I am not happy with the customer service that I received by with employees who were working as well as the quality of the food that was delivered. I am aware that there is a sharpie or marker of some sort present in the restaurant because when you order in store, your bowl is labeled with what type of protein / extras you got inside the bowl. So why was my bowl not labeled to notify the employee that was incomplete. I am disappointed that someone could not notify upon pick up that they were out of veggies and my order was incorrectly fulfilled. I will NOT be returning to this location. Thank you for your time.
