First off the prices are absolutely crazy inflated at Hershey Park location something like $18.50 a meal. I got over that. We ordered food for 5 of us. We waited about 15 minutes for our food, all was fine. I knew they were busy so we waited patiently. Once we finally got our food we got condiments and left as we had to be back to our bus to leave. I made the mistake of not checking our food! 2 of the 5 orders of food were missing the chicken sandwiches. I called Chick-fil-a customer service and reported the missing food. They were able to find the receipt and said someone from the Hershey Park location would reach out as they took my cell phone number and e-mail. Never heard back. Called back a week later and they gave me the telephone number to the Hershey park location. They told me to call the location directly. No one ever answers the phone and it just beeps loudly at you like it's the wrong number. I called back a 3rd time to corporate customer service. They said someone from the location would reach out. NOTHING! At this point it's been over a month and a half. Such a disappointment!!
