  Oh my, this location has been nothing but disappointing time and time again. I am an AVID Dunkin fan & have gotten the same coffee, made the same way for years. Can usually tell by the color if it’ll be right or not. Were all these employees trained differently than at other locations? Not a single one of my coffees were made right out of all of my visits. Not a single one. The amount of money I spent here to receive something entirely different than what I’m paying for has just been nuts. Ask for coffee milk, they used regular milk. Ask for an extra espresso and I only get one. Sometimes I don’t even know what’s wrong with the drink, sometimes it tastes like regular coffee over espresso. I really hope this location can be retrained or something because I’m running out of chances to give this location.

  This Dunkin Is The Absolute Best, Service Was Amazing, And Definitely Love Their Food Especially Their Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich And Their Hash Browns, It's Divine And Honestly In My Opinion Their Coffee Is Better Than Starbucks, But That's Just My Opinion And Their Speciality Beverages Are Spectacular Definitely Gotta Go With The Pink Pineapple Lemonade Refresher I Loved It So Much

  Me and my friends had just left from the pool and went straight to Dunkin for some food and drinks. We ordered quite a bit and our drinks spilled in our car but the workers were so kind and considerate, they remade our drinks with no complaint. 🫶🏻

  By the drive-thru worker unprompted, I was told a careless remark, “sorry for the inconvenience”. I don’t understand. My SEC sandwich was delivered stone cold after a long, long wait for a simple order with a full gaggle of workers present seeming not concerned with food service. Only the egg was somewhat warm. Bread not toasted-hard as a rock. My drink order was so simple- large hot coffee black and yet that’s not what I got. I can’t drink this. See picture. For a treat to myself, I wasted 8-9 precious bucks in this economy for a drink I can’t drink and a sandwich that came out of the frozen section. Also, food hygiene in food preparation was not stellar. Touching your hair and then continuing to compile the frozen sandwich is disgusting. The training, the management, and the quality of service are really low today.
