  Place is a joke! 7 people standing around not working and it takes 15 mins just to get 1 sandwich made 🤦🏼‍♂️!

  Waited 45 minutes for munchkins and a drink. If you want to waste a hour waiting then this place is for you. Worse service ever. Save yourself the hassle.

  I came into dunkin on April 14, 2026 around 5:30 and i was going to get my hot coffee and loaded hash brown. They always get my order correct but that day a young lady named sara said they couldn’t do any food because they don’t sell food past 5 and i was confused because the young man always lets me get my food before work. Then i was going to just get my hot coffee and she said it will be a 15 minute wait for hot coffee and i waited 32 minutes for a medium hot coffee cream and sugar, this dunkin will be shut down by the end of the year, she has terrible customer service i was charged but not given my drink. i would never come here again i would rather go to turkey hill or starbucks.

  Agreed with the other review of teenagers driving the place into the ground already. Stopped for a hot tea with sugar. Got to work and it had some type of artificial sweeter. It was disgusting and I had to throw it away. Oh then I couldn’t even get my money back from customer service bc THEY didn’t give a receipt. Too busy with their conversations to care about getting orders right apparently.
