- MOMichelle O2 days ago1.0You would think with the efforts they have put into remodeling the building they would have taken time to train employees and at least learn basic manners. But this store has gone down more and more each time I visit. This is the third time in the last month I’ve been in. All 3 have been poor experiences, incorrect coffee, and overall bad attitude from employees. But this last one warrants a review. My vehicle does not fit in the drive-thru. So I have to go inside. No big deal, I prefer this location because the other semi local one no longer accepts cash in their lobby as they only do kiosks. I go in. It’s full of employees doing different tasks etc, it was busy outside and I wasn’t in a rush so i browsed at options etc while standing at the register. An adult woman, who I would presume was a manager based on her uniform and how she spoke to others, was at the register entering an order in from a scrap of paper with her phones call log open next to it. Not a big deal, I’ve worked in a similar store and we had call in orders or something similar so I had no problem waiting. After a few minutes she looked up at me, said “ you’re going to have to wait a minute” in a bit of a tone, and continued the order. Then yelled at the group at drive thru that someone had to take my order there. Now I’m slightly annoyed, I understand being stressed, but being rude to a customer who hasn’t rushed you is uncalled for. A girl came over and started taking my order, two coffees and went to ring it, came back and seemed annoyed I still wanted two donuts and she had to ring more items. Now the first woman is finishing at the register and had them switch it to her register. No apologies or acknowledgement. So now I’m standing waiting for my coffee. I can see them make something similar to what I ordered but wasn’t correct, they placed it over by the drive thru so I figured it wasn’t mine. One of the girls noticed me standing there, and instead of asking if I was waiting for something she said something to another girl who was also visibly annoyed I was standing there. Then another girl, grabs the coffee that was slightly off of what I ordered and puts it in the cubby for me to take. Doesn’t say a word. At this point I’m over it, my coffee is incorrect, my presence alone has visibly annoyed majority of the staff working, and the manager has already had an attitude with me. There’s no point in trying to have them correct it, especially when this is not the first time my order has been wrong. Moral of the story, if you like your coffee prepared in any way or you expect even a sliver of human decency, go somewhere else.
