  The employees here are truly excellent — friendly, hardworking, professional, and doing the best they can under very difficult conditions. I stop by today to visit, it’s obvious that the staff cares about the customers and works nonstop to keep things running smoothly. Unfortunately, they are clearly overworked and stretched way too thin because there simply aren’t enough people scheduled to operate the place properly. The owner seriously needs to invest in hiring more staff and supporting the employees better. Good workers can only carry the workload for so long before burnout sets in, and it would be a shame to lose the dedicated employees you already have because management refuses to provide enough help. The staff deserves much better support than they’re getting.

  I stop a few times a week. Hot macchiato w2pumps vanilla. Sometimes orders right sometimes its wrong. No espresso in the macchiato. Consistently sold out of things, blueberry muffins etc.

  It’s always those small, positive interactions that make a morning run worth it. A perfectly made iced tea and a crew that actually seems happy to be there can completely change the vibe of your day.
