- RHRahiem H.Sep 2, 20261.0If you don’t like your job, find a new one!! Staff member that answered the phone was rude. Ordered for pickup and hoagies was very skimpy. More bread than anything. Condiments were missing, and they gave little sides for my hoagies as if they were saving for another week. Primos is normally good! Staff needs better training.

I stopped by on the 22nd August, around 8:26 PM as an Uber Eats driver to pick up an order for Jason B. While I was waiting for my order, the young woman with tattoos on her neck was incredibly kind and professional. She apologized for the wait and repeatedly offered me something to drink or eat while I was waiting. I don’t know if she’s a cashier, cook, or manager, but whoever owns this place should know that they have an outstanding employee. Her attitude, attentiveness, and professionalism really stood out, and she made the wait much more pleasant. Please thank her for me. She deserves to know that her work was noticed and appreciated. I was the bald guy wearing glasses who picked up the Uber Eats order for Jason B. that evening. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

- ALAnthony LJul 29, 20263.0I was happy it opened back up but the quality of the hoagies at this location has dropped considerably. First time we ordered the hoagies were drenched in mayo and soggy. I figured first time back open so I gave it a pass. Second hoagie tray ordered recently and they were all soggy and smashed together again. It appears as if they may need a little more training in making a primos hoagie. The worker at the register was pleasant.
