  Nice store but rarely more than two or three actual Cashiers and self-checkout is one of my least favorite things personally. Again a decent grocery store,as good as any other aside from the lack of cashiers. It only seems to be this location not so much Springfield or Marple.

  Great people in the bakery, the cashiers are so rude and I get the feeling that it was because I am white! She greeted the black gentleman in front of me with a hello, and when he left, thank you very much, when it came to me, there was no hello, no thank you no nothing! Ignorant, I’ll stick with Acme!

  Visited this location for the first time to grab a few items I can’t usually find at my local Giant in Lansdowne. The self-checkout area was pretty crowded and moving slowly, so I decided to go to a cashier instead. Unfortunately, that didn’t make things better—the cashier was quite rude and unwelcoming. I greeted her, but she didn’t respond, and when I asked a question, her reply was very curt. It didn’t feel like a great experience for a customer-facing role. On the positive side, the store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a good variety of products. Still, the poor customer service left a bad impression, and I’ll likely stick with ShopRite in Drexel Hill going forward.
