  This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I arrived around 9:11 PM, and although the restaurant doesn’t close until 10:00 PM, they were already out of multiple items, including white rice. The food that was left looked dried out and had clearly been sitting for a long time. My boyfriend was trying Chipotle in person for the first time, and the experience was embarrassing. I let him order first while I decided what I wanted. When we both asked for white rice, the employee simply stared at us for what felt like 30–40 seconds without saying anything. His attitude was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for his name so I could accurately reference our interaction and requested to speak with a manager, he refused to give me his name and only responded by asking, “Why?” The photos I took show how empty and dried out many of the food pans were well before closing time. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re inconveniencing employees by ordering during normal business hours. Looking through previous reviews, it’s clear this location has had ongoing issues. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like management is addressing the repeated complaints. This restaurant needs better leadership, proper food preparation throughout the evening, and customer service retraining for its staff. Overall, I was extremely disappointed, especially since this was my boyfriend’s first in-person Chipotle experience. I hope corporate takes these reviews seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

  This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Take however bad you think it is and multiply that by 100. They were out of queso. There was no ice to go with the room temperature fountain drink, no napkins to clean off the tables with caked on old food, and no forks to eat the disgusting meal. There was an entire half an avocado in my guac and two black beans that were so hard that I immediately had to check if I'd chipped my tooth. It's so bad it almost feels purposeful. Like an elementary school band concert or the movie version of Cats. Giving it one star feels too high. There is literally a Panera right next door, go there instead.

  Consistently out of ingredients as well as consistently prioritize mobile orders and give them the ingredients that they are supposedly out of. They've earned their 2.8 rating. Should be lower

  This location is not well taken care of. Dirty tables with food all over them….they also are not clear on why they are planning to charge you extra fees until you are checking out - I would have let that slide if I could eat here without feeling grossed out…..
