- ARA Touch of Royalty2 days ago1.0This is my first time ever shopping at Acme's before the prices were extremely high, but through some search, and I did find something that I could put on my table. Then, I go to check out which was self checkout. And then I realized the young lady standing at the end/ beside me was only greeting white people. The whole atmosphere of the store was kind of throwed off and for it to be so expensive. For this economy, people do not work hard to spend their money with ungrateful, disrespectful, or just unkind people. Every dollar that gets spent at that establishment, no matter if it comes from a white, black Spanish, Indian etc. helps pay payroll. I know that because I am in the professional world and I also work with budgets. So hopefully a manager that's above her, because I started to ask for a manager, but she was the only person that had on a different color shirt, which also may be uncomfortable. Because I felt like it was no one to be able to report the unfriendliness, the unkindness to, but hopefully someone will see it, and at least make their cashier's, or whatever they're called managers shiftlies. Etc some training on customer service

It changed the taste. I called and spoke to Kim. Very politely. Let her know that red doesn't go in the cooler. She was dismissive and offered no apology or concern or even acknowledgement. Do better please!

- AGAgnes GreenJul 3, 20262.0Employees are nice. The aisles are narrow. There are no baskets or small carts. I was told, “people from the apartments” steal them. Every aisle has at least three cardboard displays. These obstacles add to the stress of maneuvering the large carts.
