  I was/ have been a customer for a long time. I stopped going here not because the food is bad. On the contrary, I love it. However, I am a primo perks member. Each time I went to the restaurant I entered my order through the app. After ordering when picking up i also asked if the points for the order were entered and was required yes they were. After a while I had added up how many times I was there and the amount spent. I should have had enough points for at least a free hoagie. I had only five points. Virtually non of of them had actually been entered even though I had taken steps to ensure they were entered. Why have a perks program if you don't honor it. I feel lied to AMD betrayed. Iw would love to go back but some sort of recompense would need to be made first. I'm really sorry to see this happen. I loved your food.

  Hoagie was very light on the meats and the roll was definitely not fresh especially that it cost almost $15

  Ordered a PRIMO turkey diablo tonight for dinner. Got home to enjoy a rock hard roll. Like others I will NOT be back to this location… I will drive another 10 min to warrington. Not to mention I’ve had issues in the past with smug Un- inviting employees. I experienced nothing but disappointment and will not return!!!!!!!!! Not just a hoagie. “A DISSAPOINTMENT”

  Go the extra 4.5 miles to the Warrington location and thank me later. I've been on a roast beef hoagie bender the last couple weeks and have ordered about 6 times total from Hatboro or Warrington. The four hoagies I've had from Warrington were INCREDIBLE! Mouth watering, craving it again as soon as I finish kind of incredible. Hatboro takes the same ingredients and turns them into a huge disappointment. Everything is tossed into the roll haphazardly and unevenly so you never get a consistent bite. They don't season, so the flavors are bland. The rolls were stale both times as well which made it a chore to eat.
