  I have ordered from Manhattan Bagel many times before, and this is actually the first time I have ever felt the need to leave a negative review. The food has always been delicious, fresh, and one of the main reasons I kept coming back. I genuinely enjoyed ordering from this location and had positive experiences with the previous staff. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was completely different. The customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The employees who were working during my visit were unprofessional, unfriendly, and showed no interest in helping customers. One particular female employee was especially rude. Instead of listening carefully, she kept asking me for my order multiple times, even though I clearly provided the information. It took several attempts before she finally said she had found my order. The situation became even worse afterward. I was charged twice for what should have been a single order. Instead of trying to help or explain what had happened, I was left to deal with the issue myself. No one informed me that there was supposedly another order, and I left the store with only one order. Later, I discovered that I had been charged again. This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of my time trying to resolve a problem that should never have happened. What disappoints me the most is that this experience was completely different from all of my previous visits. The staff I had encountered before were polite, efficient, and welcoming. This team, however, made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Good food alone is not enough when customer service is this poor. Respect, professionalism, and basic communication are just as important as the quality of the food. Sadly, after this experience, I have decided that I will no longer be ordering from this location. It’s very disappointing because I truly enjoy the food, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses these customer service issues so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience I did.

  I have ordered off of Instacart multiple times and I have received items that were made wrong more than once. I really like this place so it’s very upsetting when I receive an order that’s wrong. To me that means the employee didn’t take the time to read my order and therefore does not care about the customer.

  Got bagels twice from here using the TooGoodToGo app and I’m satisfied. Great bagels!

  The only reason I order from here is because I work in the area and my coworkers offer to pick up orders. My food is always nasty from this location. Charging $.075 for turkey bacon just to put one slice that’s completely burnt is insane to me. Using one egg on a breakfast sandwich you’re charging $8.99 for is also ridiculous. This location is the absolute worst.
