  Very delicious food. My pizza was made exactly how I like it, and my kids love their breadsticks too. Staff is very pleasant and helpful if I have questions or inquiring about deals. Been eating here for years with never any issues. Glad they are opened back up at full hours. Give them a chance and you'll be happy! I've ordered with door dash a few times to recieve food, and any issues I've had with food being late or cold has always been a doordash issue, after discussing with pizza hut. If there is no driver to accept then you can't blame pizza hut. Shame they got rid of their own drivers but that's corporate for you.

  Placed an online order but never received an email confirmation. I called the store to verify and a recording says they were closed.

  I ordered here today because my car is in the shop, my food was over an hour late and not very hot at all. The manager called me, told me that there was some kind of glitch in the system and that my order just showed up. 10 minutes later I have my food. My food was made long before he called me. The pizza was stuck to the box like it had sat on top of the pizza oven. Didn't offer any discounts on future orders or anything. I'm just supposed to accept that my food was over an hour late? Pay $30 to have lukewarm pizza and soggy french fries. Way to go general manager of Pizza Hut in Harrison City.

  !! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY !! Ordered a pizza online at 8pm, received notifications stating order confirmed, order prepared, order would arrive by 9:02pm. Then nothing. I waited for TWO HOURS (on a sunday night) only to find out by notification that I would be waiting for a Door Dash driver to deliver it. The order was rejected when it got here and I have some choice words for pizza hut management regarding their choice to facilitate delivery via third party. it is not the fault of the Door Dash driver, the gentlemen made good time (from when he recieved the order: according to notifications) however, knowing how door dash works and knowing that I was paying cash absolutely created a problem. (Cash tips show as $0.00 on driver side of door dash app) The pizza absolutely sat waiting for a long time before a door dash driver accepted the order. 100% the fault of pizza hut management and staff. This may be a weird thought but perhaps PIZZA HUT should EMPLOY some PIZZA DELIVERY DRIVERS instead of having Door Dash ruin the experience for their customers. !!DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!! You're welcome!
