  Terrible experience all around. Ordered DoorDash from this location. Only received half the food (not the drivers fault btw), and all of it was cold. Went back to the location to retrieve it, was given so much attitude by the MANAGER about the problems. Asked them to make me the missing food again since it had been sitting there for an hour, then the manager had the AUDACITY to ask why they should make it all over again when they had it right there. Not to mention the other customers there were completely rude as well. Like genuinely such a terrible place overall😭

  If you’re working in fast food, you need to realize your customers are always right. I don’t know what it is with this generation thinking that the people behind the counter making the food are the once that are right no it’s your customers the ones that come in spend their money to buy food so you can have a paycheck.

  One thing about TB stores that always impressed us, they rarely made a mistake even when it involves a lot of different items, unlike other fast food restaurants. This store went above and beyond. My wife put a decent sized order on the wrong TB, but the manager was generously saved our dinner plan and gave us the same food for free. Thank you!

  Waited 30 minutes after ordering 2 burritos as they prioritize mobile orders and drive-thru. Impossible to get the attention of the staff and when you finally do they're incredibly nonchalant and unhelpful.

  This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. The line moved unbelievably slow — I was stuck waiting forever just to place an order. Even after ordering, it took way too long to get the food, and there was no sense of urgency at all. What’s the point of a drive-thru if it’s slower than going inside? Completely unacceptable. If you’re in a hurry, avoid this Taco Bell — you’ll waste your time.
