- MHMarten Herz4 days ago1.0On May 15, 2026 around 7:50PM, I had a very disappointing experience at Papa John’s. A short cashier with glasses was extremely rude to me. A worker handed me the pizza, and I accidentally tried to help by grabbing the pizza boxes near the employee area. Instead of politely explaining that customers should not access that area, the cashier started yelling and screaming at me. I was only trying to help, and there was no reason to treat me with disrespect. A calm explanation would have been enough. Very poor customer service and a very uncomfortable experience. Her behavior was unprofessional at all.
