And we didn’t receive the extra sauces we paid for though we were assured that the containers were tucked into the bottom box. Guess you need to inspect everything before walking out…but we won’t be walking back in any time soon 🫤

First, the pan pizza is bottom of the line, it is mostly never cooked right and even when it is the quality is just not there. Next, with the normal pizza lately the quality is also not there, it might just be the local papa johns but the pizzas have been over or under cooked more consistently than properly cooked. Lastly, it just seems like when you go in to pick up they just dont care. Now, I did get a response from the local manager who did give some free pizzas to compensate, but only one out of two was good.
