  Came around 8:20 tonight. Girl on 2nd drive thru speaker says "hi welcome to McDonalds what can I get-- we're closed" I responded "You're closed!?!?" And she said yes. As she says this someone at the first drive thru speaker is getting their order taken. I drove off and searched up this McDonalds and it says they close at 12am. Not happy.

  The Big Mac and fresh fried that we order was terrible taste. It doesn't taste the same like it was 3 years ago. It on Jonestown Road; Harrisburg, PA.

  Very slow , very dirty , cold fries.Ordered at 2:36 and got food at 2:50 pm . No communication and people walking around drinking , no handwashing nothing

  As a general manager for many years the level of disgust i feel.for this location, I have no.words..each and every time I go something is forgotten. I spend way to much money each visit to continue to come to this location. Today I order 6 dollar meals 3, a fish sandwich meal, which was not in bag, 3 mcflurries, and I picked up extra nuggets because last time I was there they forgot those. I do understand mistakes, but every time I come.. jeez, beyond tiring. I worked ten hours today figure we stop and make dinner easy and here we go again, another whole item forgotten. To pull up to the window and feel the chaos that is happening is showing a lack of training and just a whole do not care attitude towards peoples busy lives. We know your busy but you don't let the customer know you are busy.. I would rather you pull me over to wait then not get what I pay for... training is key... period
