They need to get with it! They run out of French bread rolls hours before closing. Who ever is running the place is clearly blind as to how to operate it. You can’t dine in for over a month due to a car hitting the front window. NOW GET THIS! It’s safe enough to go in, pick up food, safe enough to get your own drink, safe enough for workers to be in there, but not safe enough to sit and eat your food at one of the tables NO WHERE NEAR the broken window lol. Oh and you can’t sit on the chairs outside either LMFAO! In what owners mind does this make any sense! I’ve been managing a full service restaurant for 20+ years and would never make such a dumb decision! Owner or manager are out of touch with reality. Used to stop here every week but it’s not worth it any more!

How hard can it be to get a #9 (with provolone cheese) which I did not get like the menu displayed, and a sub without burnt salami, etc.,? I requested my sub roll to be toasted not the entire sub. What a waste!
🙄 So this is how Jimmy John's is treating customers now? 🙄 Whoever made my sub this evening if customer service is really not for you than consider finding a position that better suits you. Thank you.
