- CBCedes BenzMay 26, 20261.0My experience today 5/26/2026 was a bad experience I was using the self checkout and I mistakenly went to the wrong machine, it said it only takes cards and I asked the guy his name was darlyn and I asked him if he could help me cancel the transaction and he said you don't need to cancel, just go over to the other machine, he had said this rudely and I said well sometimes if a worker is standing there , they check me out where they be standing, he said said I don't do that, and again he was rude , I told him I'm a customer, and that his customer service was bad and I didn't appreciate it, he said he didn't care, I said okay then I asked for his supervisor and I went over there, it was a lady and I had told her about my experience, I will be posting my experience on tittok and I have a big following, I didn't appreciate his attitude.
