  Recognition for Outstanding Employee – Kelly Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to recognize an extraordinary employee named Kelly, who works at your customer service desk. On the evening of my visit, I was shopping for an important birthday celebration when my card unexpectedly would not authorize. I was embarrassed, upset, and unsure of how I was going to pay for the groceries I needed. What happened next was something I never could have imagined. Kelly witnessed the situation and, without any expectation of recognition or repayment, chose to pay for my entire grocery bill of approximately $170 using her own personal Visa card. Her kindness brought me to tears. In a moment when I felt overwhelmed and defeated, Kelly showed compassion, generosity, and genuine concern for another person. She transformed what could have been a very difficult memory into one I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Many people provide good customer service, but what Kelly demonstrated went far beyond customer service. She demonstrated humanity at its very best. Her actions reflected the values of kindness, empathy, and community that every company hopes to represent. I wanted to ensure that Giant's leadership is aware of the incredible character of this employee. Kelly deserves recognition for her selflessness and the positive impact she made on my life and my family's celebration. Employees like her are rare, and she is a tremendous asset to your organization. Please extend my deepest gratitude to Kelly and recognize her for the extraordinary person she is. I understand that company policies may not typically anticipate this type of situation, but I wanted leadership to know that Kelly's kindness and generosity reflected the very best of Giant's values. She turned a moment of stress and embarrassment into one of hope and gratitude that I will never forget.

  Horrible did a pick up order they didnt take the money off my snap just once but 2 times and took it off my credit card with an additional $9 taxed on went from 185 and change to 194 and change

  It was a fun magical place full of salt covered snack treats and many consumable foods to make any fat man happy!

  Teen girl at the customer service desk on 5/10/26 who wore a paisley bandana was unnecessarily rude. Her words “not today.” While tapping her nails smirking was very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Need better training on staff if they are going to help in customer service.
