  went to go pick up and giant direct order and this old lady with long blonde hair that’s going white pushes the cart at my car letting it damn near hit my passenger side door. luckily my husband was driving and i was able to stop the cart before it did any damage to my vehicle, but if i was alone, it would’ve hit my car. before she even makes it all the way outside she turns around and runs back inside. as a giant direct worker you’re supposed to load the groceries into the vehicle and take the cart back inside, i would know, i’ve worked this exact job before. she then proceeded to give attitude and argue with my husband about the situation. there’s no way she should be allowed to get away with this crap.

  Store had been on a decline. Whoever is in charge of in store selections should be removed. Many products have disappeared from this store and instead very cheap options have taken over. This applies mostly to the frozen section. Walmart of all places has better selections.

  Great supermarket Wish it were closer... Usually use Hershey - Hummelstown...Rt.39 Which is also very nice... Visited today...Food and Fuel My wife allows me to tag along

  I have observed deli slicers being used without being properly wiped down and cleaned between uses. This raises concerns about cross-contamination, especially when the same equipment is used to prepare different types of meats and cheeses. Proper cleaning and sanitizing of food-contact surfaces is essential to prevent the potential spread of bacteria and other contaminants. I have also observed employees handling food in the deli without wearing appropriate hair restraints, such as hair nets or other suitable coverings. In addition, bread and other food products may be handled without appropriate protection to prevent hair or other contaminants from coming into contact with the food. These practices are concerning because they can potentially compromise food safety and the cleanliness of products being sold to customers. I respectfully request that management investigate these concerns and ensure that deli employees are consistently following proper food-safety, sanitation, equipment-cleaning, and personal-hygiene procedures. I would appreciate having this complaint taken seriously and having the deli inspected to ensure that appropriate food-safety standards are being followed. Customers should be able to purchase food from the deli with confidence that it has been prepared and handled in a clean and sanitary environment.
