  They just hire anybody the sandwich maker doesn’t cook the food properly, he’s rude, he isn’t busy and still mad talking about me need to wait 15 minutes, rude to his employees and customers.

  My experience is really bad today , i was with my family from Connecticut to try to order our breakfast inside , we was waiting because the coffee we want to order wasn’t appear in the machine , and i want to order with the person Inside , i asked the guy he said he can’t take our order because they busy with the costumers in the drive thru and i said why you can’t take my order? ,i said to him ,yesterday i was inside i did the order and the lady was really nice and no problem , i said i need to talk to the manager and she said the same thing but there was 5 employees working inside , how is posible , we left the store without eating breakfast, i am not recommended this dunkin donuts, really bad service , really bad costumer service , not recommended

  we went to have breakfast with my family and they didn't want to attend to us inside the store, they were just giving service to the cars and the orders on the screens of the store and the cafe that they were disappointed and my sister was disappointed we don't have it on the screens the truth is bad service we do not recommend visiting this place the truth is bad experience

  Sunday June 14th around 10:45 am My son and I came into the store to get breakfast. We walked to the counter. Stood there for close to 10 minutes while the 4 people behind the counter ignored us. I spoke up and asked if we could get some assistance with no one even looking up to acknowledge us. I spoke up again, this time 1 of the ladies behind the counter stated that they were busy and we were to use the Kiosk. I advised her that we would be paying with cash. Her response was that "WE ARE TOO BUSY RIGHT NOW TO TAKE YOUR ORDER. WE ARE SHORT STAFFED" I am not normally one to make a complaint as I have worked 40+ years with the public. I do understand sometimes its hard to keep up. But being talked to like that to me is completely and totally unacceptable. Had she simply stated " I am sorry for the inconvenience but at this time it may be a few minutes before someone can take your order" I would have gladly waited with patience for someone to be available. There were 5 people behind us of which 3 had already walked out the door before anyone spoke up. This was the 1st time at this store and I will NEVER go back.

  I’ve never in my 45 years of life been verbally assaulted by a fast food employee but here we are. I stopped by to get my daughter a matcha latte around 6:45pm this evening 6/14/26. First of all, the boy taking my order spoke very low, and neither my daughter nor I could hear him well. He sounded confused by my order - a large matcha latte with French vanilla and cold foam. He had to leave and come back, then asked me to repeat myself again. When I got up to the window it was a woman taking my money and she looked and sounded annoyed. As I gave her my money ($7.20, $1.60 more than my home DD) I said “Hey, just so ya know - it’s really hard to hear that guy. Her eyes got big and she cocked her neck and said “Yeah well we definitely heard you.” With an attitude. I said “Ok?” and she said, “Yeah, he talks low. We know that.” I said “Ok, well I was just telling you it was hard to hear him.” And she said again, this time louder and with more attitude and more neck rolling, “And like I said we heard you just fine.” I said “Ok,” again and shrugged my shoulders cuz I didn’t understand why she kept repeating that, especially with an attitude. At the point she started yelling at me “OKKKKK AND LIKE I SAID WE HEARD YOU LOUD AND CLEAR SO WHY YOU GETTIN’ SMART WITH ME?’” I looked at my daughter, who was as shocked as I was, and looked back at the woman and said, “Oh. Ok. You can just give me money back.” And she yelled back as the literally tried to throw my money at me “OK AND YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK!” I couldn’t believe how crazy she was acting so I simply said, “Ma’am, I think you need a new job.” And she *really* lost her mind then. She leaned her body out the window , finger up, and screaming as I drove away “THE NAME’s BENITA (that’s the name she gave me, I don’t know if that’s the correct spelling or if that’s even her real name) AND I GOT A JOB HONEYYYY,” and proceeded to yell some other stuff I neither heard nor cared to. What an absolute nut job. We went to the DD in Lemoyne. Those guys are always friendly and make consistently good drinks. Don’t go to this one if you can help it.
