  For a brand new store they get worse and worse everytime they open one, between the employees being severely inattentive to the customers and not having mobile orders out and ready for pick up, going to dunkin feels like a total joke anymore. Pay 7$ for a coffee but this store will not fill it up the whole way, even if you ask them too they refuse and offer nothing to make up for it. Consumerism is not worth the blunt disrespect this corporation has for its customer base.

  I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance. About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.

  I don't put too much stock in humanity these days. But I pride myself on being a decent individual. My name is James. I show up to places to mind my own business, and be as polite as can be. The next time I show up to this location, and am not bothering anyone ; I expect the same act in kind. I'm a nice guy. I want this business to flourish. Be kind to people just minding their own business.
