Today, I clearly ordered two sesame bagels with cream cheese, and they still got it wrong. This has been happening for a long time, not just once or twice. As a regular customer, it’s frustrating to constantly receive incorrect orders. Management needs to improve customer service and order accuracy because this is becoming unacceptable.

Service is always smiling, friendly and welcoming. I believe one of the people I interact with most is the store manager but I could be wrong. If I am correct though, she knows how to get her store moving in a rush. I say this as someone who used to run a Dunkin location myself. Love to see it and keep up the great work.
