Every time I order and go to pick up it’s a problem. Today they gave me a pizza that was not mine, I had to return and I have to be telling them to order, I order Marinara Sauce and they do NOT send them to me and they cost $1 each. If they weren’t doing FaceTime while they’re working, maybe they could focus on doing the work they’re paid for. Please, better employees are needed in this store... check the cameras and be aware of your employees that for people like that there are many franchises or businesses lose sales... Another person was upset there because was waiting for them order 45 minutes ago… I DO NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE...

He repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to speak and hung up on me before I could finish explaining the issue.

The guy took our order and whatnot but an issue came up when payment came around. My husband gave him his CashApp card info correctly but the guy said that his computer said that the zip code on my husband’s card is wrong and the payment did not go through. So we checked the info on his card through the app and it was the correct zip code. Then the man asked for the card info again, my husband gave it to him again, but the man on the other end said that his terminal is showing that the payment didn’t go through. At that moment, my husband gotten a notification from the CashApp app on his phone showing that a pending payment of $44 and some change was taken out of his account. My husband told the guy this and the guy said that my husband has to pay again for the order. Well, my husband being from Alabama he wasn’t having it. He called the guy out about having to pay again when a payment is pending. The guy tried to backtrack and accused my husband of threatening him which he did not. Anyway the man hung up on my husband and the pending $44 has been cancelled without him doing anything on the app. So yeah, there was probably nothing wrong with the guy’s terminal, he was trying to double dip.

Everything is so clean and beautiful—you can tell the owners care deeply about their establishment and their guests. The staff is friendly and answers all my questions, even the most insignificant ones, for which I'm especially grateful. The food is simply amazing—I've never eaten anything better in my life, and I went home with that impression. Now, whenever I have a free moment, I definitely come here.
