- AAawk6 days ago1.0Serving visibly burnt chicken and peppers is crazy. and this wasn’t “a little char…” it tasted burnt, and it’s happened more than once. If the food is clearly overcooked, don’t put it on the line and charge people full price for it. Completely unacceptable. Do better quality control. And no napkins or utensils ever in the bag??? Thank you for the clarity to never come back and make my own for 70% less… By far the worst experience i’ve had and should’ve looked at the other reviews, no wonder this restaurant has a 3.2 avg rating, the management and staffing is terrible, do better. also very fishy that the 5 star reviews seem to be inflated, this specific franchise should be 1 star at the maximum Oh… And michael please dont reply with the classic copy and paste script, take care of your franchise instead and actually do something. the chicken has been burnt for almost a year now…

Caleb made my order and also rang me up at the register, and he was friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. One thing that really impressed me was his attention to food safety. I noticed that after handling the register, he changed his gloves before preparing the next customer’s food. It’s a small detail that speaks volumes about his professionalism and care for customers. The food was great, the service was even better, and the whole experience was a pleasure. Employees like Caleb make a real difference, and I hope Chipotle recognizes the excellent job he’s doing. I’ll definitely be back!

I asked for a extra scoop of protein because I was giving a half portion, she literally tossed a spoon on and told me that’s all I’m getting or she’ll charge double. Asked, wow yoh paying for it out of your pocket and she replied yes she does pay for the product out of her pocket. Veryyyy unprofessional. I thought the ceo stated if you want extra meat just ask. Terrible experience and will never frequent this location ever again even though it’s the closest to my home.
