  Really disappointing experience. The employee pictured had an extremely rude and dismissive attitude that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and the attitude I received was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I was also concerned to see food being handled without gloves. Regardless of the restaurant’s specific glove policy, seeing bare-hand contact around food preparation raised cleanliness concerns for me as a customer. Overall, between the poor attitude and what I observed during food preparation, this was easily one of my worst experiences at this location. Management should address both the customer-service standards and make sure proper food-handling procedures are being followed. Makes never want to come to chipotle again. I have been eating at chipotle consistently for over a decade!!!!!!! Absolutely Disgusted

  So i placed a order for pick up but i made this mistake and ordered at a different location, I showed the manager the location and she stated that location shut down, I said can you guys make it she said yes but you will have to pay again, I stated thats not fair and that could i have a number to cancel the order and she said she didn’t have a number to give me, I drove home and forgot about the whole incident with this manager, The next morning i did some research and come to find out that location wasn’t shut down, Ive been a manger for a while and would never do that to someone, I will never eat from chipotle again and will be letting everyone i know what experience i had there

  This is my 2nd time at this chipotle, they messed up my order twice now. They literally folded my burrito in half and served it to me… how does that even happen? Oh that’s right because it was on purpose, so be careful the staff here are obviously petty and don’t respect the fact that they are making peoples FOOD!

  Ordered online to pickup at 12. Showed up at 12 and waited 30 minutes for my food. It still wasn't ready so I asked the manager to cancel my order since I had to go back to work. She refused to help me and ignored me and went to the back to prep food. Luckily I got a refund through the app.
