  Have read many reviews about how Chipotle is shorting the ingredients. Today this particular location was pretty ridiculous. Ordered tacos with chicken and the picture will show I got literally 4 pieces of chicken. When I asked for more they said I’d have to be charged extra. I only got four pieces and you consider that ok? others were complaining as well. My son against my wishes for more and was charged for it. Not to mention our bill came out over $50 which is pricey for a chipotle.

  Terrible. Only 1 person working the line while the other 5 workers stood in a circle and talked, laughing, doing nothing. Crazy. Pretty sure the manager or shift lead was there. This is why people hate coming here. Seems like a culture thing

  Absolutely terrible customer service today. The female employee working the line had one of the worst attitudes I've experienced at any Chipotle. What made it even more frustrating was watching another employee generously and appropriately portion ingredients into a customer's bowl, only to have her turn around and give noticeably smaller portions for mine. When I questioned the inconsistency, she became argumentative. The experience was so unpleasant that I walked out in the middle of placing my order. After reading other reviews, it seems this isn't an isolated incident but a recurring issue at this location. Customer service and consistency clearly aren't priorities here. Thankfully, there are much better Chipotle locations in Hummelstown where employees actually care about their customers and treat them with respect and I recommend others to avoid this location and drive the few extra miles.

  Unfortunately this is the closet Chipotle to me. Today, my husband forgot that I dislike this certain chipotle and we didn’t have time to go to the one I like. From entering to paying, I was in there for 25 minutes. When I got to the counter, the guy making the food said nothing to me and immediately grabbed a burrito bowl container. I was unsure if he was grabbing it for me or making something for someone else, because again, he had said nothing to me and I said nothing to him yet. He mumbled something while making the hurry up gesture. He was clearly annoyed, I apologized for the confusion and went through what I wanted on my bowl but he genuinely seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Guacamole was also brown and unappetizing looking so I skipped it. Multiple employees in the back chatting and not helping the 3 employees in the front making the food and taking payment. I will not be coming back to this Chipotle as this seems to happen each time I come to this one (I’ve left it twice due to waiting too long).

  Literally worst chipotle I’ve been to. Stale chips, grainy queso. Nothing was good. They got my bowl order wrong too. Dirty atmosphere.
