  Worst customer service ever… some people who’s working there don’t know what they’re doing specially closing manager. Very rude and argues back with a customer. When you ask for a water cup for a kid, Evan tho we had large order with a drinks they tell us NO. I’m done going there. They lost my business.

  I paid for extra rice and sour cream and they loadedddd my bowel up with it ❤️ thank you cuz one thing i hate is paying for extra and not feeling like i got extra! Appreciate yall!!!

  I was at this Taco Bell and ordered food on the machines or kiosk they have now. I do not eat meat and I selected item which had meat and you can swap beef to beans. Well I’m not touch screen personal and now a days they want you to order on those machines. Well after ordering and verbally telling them I do not want meat in everything instead I will have pinto beans they did not make another order just because it was customers fault and that the customer did not order correctly. I mean what kind of service is this? Customer did say verbally that can you make sure there is no meat on my order and instead will have with pinto beans. Not everyone is good with using technology and a lot of times you do not see the little buttons or gadgets like swap beef to pinto beans. people often make mistakes even return dishes they ordered because they did not like it or did not taste good. Customer service was not good for me!
