  I literally love coming to the Harleysville Mcdonalds because of how friendly the staff is, the facility is always so clean and the customer service is exceptional! Love this location of McDonalds and will definitely be coming back!

  Place is run like a Nicely tuned machine. Big Macs yummy. Lattes spot on tasty.

  I come here once in a blue moon with our kids. 2 and 4. We were having supper and one of the staff had a friend come in and they were having a loud conversation in the foyer right in front of our table and the tone and way she was explaining things was scaring my daughter. She was going on and on about gentle parenting and even started using the f word. IN FRONT OF MY 2 and 4 year old!!! I had to ask them to stop. The employee didn’t even have the decency to take her friend outside (who must have been I’d guess in her 20-30’s). The young lady was very courteous before we got there even asked if we placed our order yet. Then this. I didn’t catch her name however she is a shorter black girl. Not sure if that helps but that’s what I know. Again, very respectful at first but then allowing her acquaintance to carry on like that in front of children then use profanity like that so I had to explain to my daughter why that’s a naughty word!?!?!? Not ok. I also heard the f word come from the kitchen area while we were there. Remember, McDonald’s is a restaurant geared towards children. We cannot in good faith return knowing you steal the innocence of children this way.
