  If you're doing a grocery pickup order, do NOT go to the marked signs and sit in a spot for 15mins like I just did because, as a kind employee just j formed me, they don’t use those! Go to the loop. they should probably take the signs down for the people who don’t shop here regularly.

  I initially wasn’t going to write a review, as I submitted this feedback already through the website, however seeing another review posted 3 weeks ago regarding the same exact issue has changed my mind. There is an employee at this store who is extremely rude to customers while they are grabbing items to purchase. He stocks items in the dairy section and acts territorial over the yogurt that he stocks. He seems to get annoyed and bothered that we are grabbing yogurt. He’s asked my husband “do you need all that?” And has mumbled under his breath “ugh grabbing more” on two separate occurrences. This is totally unacceptable and someone needs to tell him he cannot treat customers this way. Maybe don’t work at a grocery store if you’re going to get mad at people purchasing groceries!

  I have never seen a store with friendly staff as this store. Whenever my friend and I show up, we are welcomed by these beautiful staff. They are so friendly and helpful that we know some of them by name. Such as Robert, Katie, Debbie and Maggie.

  I shop here multiple times per week. Not because it is the best Giant Supermarket, but because it is the closest one to my home. The people at the checkout are always very friendly. Today’s review is specifically to the older gentleman who was restocking Fairlife milk. I walked up to grab a container and grabbed one that had clearly fallen on the ground because it had a huge dent in it. I went for another one and the employee with the long white hair, white beard, and glasses who was restocking, felt the need to make a snarky comment to me by saying they are all the same; just grab one. As the consumer who spends a lot of money at the store, I have the right to select whatever product I choose to spend my money on. An employee represents the business. He should not be making snarky comments to any consumer.
