  Yesterday evening I came threw the drive thru and had to wait at least 3 mins for someone to take my order. Then when the young lady got on the mic to take my order was starting to be rude as if I was taking too long to order. When I got to the window I tried to be pleasant with her and she said to me sir I don't give a damn about your kind. I then asked for some napkins and she said we don't have any for you. I read her name tag it read jasmine

  All I can say about this location- The customer service is horrible. The females that work there are rude, never say thank you, stare, and make customers feel like we are bothering them. If you enjoy going to a drive thru and feel like you are bothering the person behind the speaker and at the window- go here. It’s always the night crew too, if I go during the day the customer service seems much better. The nighttime crew are very very rude and give awful mean girl energy!

  The service here is great the staff is excellent. Never get my order wrong….BUT THE CUPS LEAK EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL!!! Very sick of getting sticky soda all over myself on the first sip. ( somehow I always forget or expect changed) TACO BELL CORPORATE DO BETTER!! Local staff at this loacation gets 5 stars though!

  ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos on the app, and they replaced everything in the burrito with just beans and shredded cheese. $7 for each burrito and you can’t even make them properly
