  My wife and I ordered to-go yesterday Apr 28th, 2:10 pm. Southern Hanover, PA. Off route 94. Both subs, the rolls used were either very stale, or were left in the oven too long. Though not burnt, the rolls had parts that were nearly hard as a rock. The rolls were not edible. How hard can it be to check quality? We didnt know this until we unwrapped them at home, about 20 mins away.

  The subway on Baltimore Street in Hanover, PA has a big banner up that says UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I walk into the subshop at lunch time on a Saturday. There is one poor teenage boy trying to make subs plus ring up the orders for a line of people ALL BY HIMSELF????? I asked him isn't there anyone else here to help you???? He says no it's just me here. I thought to myself what happened should he need to use the bathroom???? This supposed under new management isn't looking to good to me.

  The guy and girl that seem to always work here on Tuesday evenings are super unprofessional and rude. They have the music turned up too loud. They vocalize all their inner thoughts to the customers, things that a food worker should not do, like negative comments about what customers are ordering. When these two employees are not working service here is fine and like a normal subway. Skip this place on Tuesdays till these two are gone.

  I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS ONE WAS NECESSARY!!!! Came in to a loud filthy restaurant….7 teenagers and no manager at least no distinguished manager. ONE employee made both our sandwiches while everyone else was laughing and eating and drinking and MAKING PERSONAL sandwiches ahead of the LINE of people behind us. Nothing was stocked we (including the single working employee) had to wait for another employee to get ingredients because nobody stocked anything. Had to wait a while for the second employee to bring NICHOLAS cheese. No cookies stocked, had to wait for someone OF THE 6 doing NOTHING to go get them while NICHOLAS made 4 other customer orders. Asked for napkins, an employee opened the cabinet to NOTHING STOCKED. Went to sit and eat and EVERY TABLE IS DIRTY. Floor was disgusting. Would have gave 0 stars if not for NICHOLAS. SHOUTOUT TO THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WORKING, NICHOLAS!!!! Added a tip to my order i know it wasn’t a whole lot but NICHOLAS better get every single penny of that tip as none of the other 6 did a damn thing to help him. He made both our sandwiches quickly and correctly with a line forming out the door.
