  Stopped in today to get my granddaughter’s personal pan pizza for the summer reading program that Pizza Hut does. Waited in line at the register for a couple of minutes while someone was being waited on. While we were waitressing my a customer got in line to pay there bill. When it was my turn at the register the cashier/order taker told me I would need to wait that was going to take her too long to do and proceeded to wait on the customers behind me. Another very kind and helpful cashier/order taker came up and did my order in less than a minute and was very nice. The older shorter lady was rude and should not skip people in line that are already waiting just because she apparently doesn’t know how to do her job. If I would ever go back I would not have her wait on me. Thank you so much to the other lady working there.

  Pizza was great until we stumbled upon 2 rubber band like pieces that resemble a rubber band. Specifically a clear one. First we thought ok, it’s an onion, but onions don’t stretch and retract. We called to inform the shop and to check their ingredients. They were unbelieving. That’s ok. We at least tried.

  Horrendous service. Had an online order to pickup, went inside to pickup the order and was not acknowledged in any way. Numerous employees looked at myself and the two other customers standing and waiting, did not say a word, and walked away. After waiting for 10 minutes and being ignored by no less than 5 separate employees, including what seemed to be at least one management employee, we were told we would be taken care of shortly. After another 10 minutes of being ignored by both new and employees that previously saw us standing and waiting, we were blatantly disregarded and ignored when a family who had been dining in came up to the register and was IMMEDIATELY acknowledged and helped, while myself and 2 other takeout customers were still ignored. Finally, after another few minutes a waitress came up to help us get our order finally. I work in food service/retail and I would be immediately disciplined by management for treating customers the way we were treated, and as a supervisor myself I would be horrified to watch any of my employees act that way toward any of our customers. Definitely will not be returning to this location any time soon after this extremely disappointing experience. Additionally, one employee was doing something with the cash register and checkbooks and walked away from the register with the drawer full of money left completely open, which is horrendous cash security practice. If I were management of this location, I would definitely be having discussions with each employee that we "interacted" with tonight. Edit - Got home and realized they didn't get our order correct either. The stuffed crust pizza with cupped pepperoni, onion, and mushrooms was supposed to have extra pepperoni, which was instead put on the other pizza we ordered, which was a pan crust with regular pepperoni, sausage, and onions.
