  I enjoy the employees at this McDonald's they are always friendly and nice every time I come in there they have a sense of humor we need that and more places. Keep up the good work you are all doing a great job.

  genuinely the worst fast food place i’ve been to. the worst customer service, i’ve never gotten the food i actually ordered, and they’ve randomly charged me for things i didn’t order

  New owners care more about their speed than the accuracy of their orders. And they are still the slowest fast food place around. I orders DD and they forgot 3 large fries. Usually not a huge deal. But I called them and they refused to give me the fries I paid for even if I came in to get them. They said it was a DD issue even though they are the ones who packed my order. I’d steer far clear of this particular McDonald’s. If they had a negative star review it would get one.

  I ordered ahead on the app to save time and gave specific instructions for our burgers, for the kids happy meals, as well as sauces for their nuggets. Over 25 minutes later we finally got our food All instructions ignored. Disappointing. Son was crying about onions and pickles, and the essence of them on his burger. He also disliked the happy meal toy duplicates. Daughter did not complain. Staff was friendly but over 25 minutes is too long. So glad I used the app. I don’t know what I miss more. My time or my money. Drive-through wait time 0/10 Parking lot cleanliness 10/10 Lighting: sketch Meat quality: suspicious Signage: huge 10/10 Would not recommend bathrooms
