  This McDonald's must be struggling financially. Their McDonald's sign has been burnt out for 6 months. I guess they can't afford to fix it. Self serve kiosks are always down. And when they do work, the receipt is always blank. They very rarely have condiments beside the soda fountain.

  I used to love coming here when the atmosphere was good but now it just feels like harassment I was sitting inside and this lady was yelling and cursing at 2 customers for what I think was no reason all they wanted was their food and you work at a fast food retail chain that’s your whole job. Would give 0 stars

  By far the worst McDonald’s on Eisenhower drive. Went to get my mobile pick up and whoever the lady was was ignorant towards me and refused to service/ hand the food to me. After asking for a refund then since I was denied food that I paid for her response was to call the police and told me to leave so now I’m just out money with no food to show?

  Food was cold, milkshake was watery. They have some guy sitting in there with a tank top and a blanket by the play area. Staff ignores customers. This is by far the worst mcd I've ever been in. I don't even eat McDonald's. I went there because the kids wanted to go inside to play area so we ended up getting food. If I could give - rating I would.

  Went thru drive thru to get a drink...The wait was very long .Finally hit my drink..most of the ice was melted ..After we got up the road I tasted my drink and it was a Dr pepper .. we had to turn around and go back and I went inside and got my own drink...My husband had been in the night before and same thing wrong drink had to go back....It really makes using the drive thru discouraging when a simple drink is not right..
