  I go to dunkin every morning for a coffee and sandwich on the way to work. I used to go to the One in town by Rural King until they messed my order up for the 5th or 6th time. On top of this their staff is ignorant unprofessional and incompetent. That seems to be spilling over to the Baltimore st location. This morning I placed a mobile order and then proceed to wait/sit in line for 10 minutes only to be told their ovens aren’t ready. When i questioned how long it would be because im on my way to work, i was met with a passive aggressive response telling me they don’t come in at 3 am to start the oven. In the end this is the second time that this has happened as well untrained staff not even knowing how to open the register in the evening to issue a refund. It starts from the top and the same person manages both locations in Hanover. You’re better off not spending anything at these locations. Even when you ask for the information to make a complaint and reach out to the manager/GM/owner they don’t replay or get back to you. Honestly go to Starbucks

  I walked in to pick up an order and no one acknowledged me which they were really busy and I was a couple minutes early so that's fine, I get it, I'll wait until the time says its ready for pick up. Then someone else walked in and they immediately acknowledged them and asked what they needed and who they were picking up for. They finished up that person's order and then turned away. I had to say "excuse me, I'm waiting for this order". They turned away and started getting it, but then two of the staff started talking loudly about how doordash orders are their last priority and aren't their problem. I don't get Dunkin often anyway, but when I do decide I want a coffee and a donut I will not come to this Dunkin

  I can't tell you how many coffees I've gotten from here that looked and tasted like they forgot the coffee. At least the employees treat you nicely as they hand you your cup of flavored milk.
