- KSKim Stroda2 days ago1.0I usually love this place for lunch but today was terrible. It is soo loud in there that you can’t easily converse with the servers. They really rush through putting your meal together without listening to what you want. I’ll say “ just a little bit of sour cream” while they’re dumping a huge spoonful on it. Speed is great but not when it sacrifices accuracy for what the customer wants. The chips tasted old & stale. A guy came up to the counter and asked for a replacement bag and was told that they’re all the same. They were made today but the oil needs to be changed so that’s why they don’t taste good. Why would you even have them available for sale then??!! What a rip-off! Very, very disappointed! And a lot of the time the ice machine doesn’t work. They also need to do a better job of clean-up. No one wants to sit at a table that has not been cleaned.

Was actually hoping that the reviews would show that my experiences were somehow unique, or maybe just me, but that was sadly not the case. This is obviously just a very poorly run restaurant. It is typically dirty, they are most often out of items and the attitudes of the employees is absolutely horrible. They will flat out ignore you when you try to smile at them and thank them for doing a crappy job. Do better.
- KMKait MillerApr 2, 20261.0Go to mix my bowl up and missing part of my order, call and speak to someone and they are giving me a whatever attitude, I ask if he was the manager and he hesitated and said uhh kind of, then wouldn’t give me to a manger, goes on about how they are busy.. spent 40 dollars on food that don’t have what we ordered on it..
