I ordered in the app, ordered a LARGE chips and queso ... picked my order up and checked it .. and my chip bag wasnt even half full. I went into the establishment and asked if this was really a large and she said yes, im sorry and I even held the bag to show her how little was in the bag . So I paid 8$ and change for almost nothing. THEN I had to stop and buy a bag of tortilla chips so others could eat too...not only was the bag missing all those chips but they were very stale. Never had this issue before. Also the burrito bowl was smaller than when I went in the last time and ordered it in person. Thats ALOT of money for that small amount i got today. I genuinely hate to complain, its like whining , however I work very hard for my money and don't have it to waste . Hire better workers?????

Everyone looked completely miserable. 2 staff members were speaking bad about another coworker. All while looking at me and saw me walk in. Didn't ask me anything for about 10 minutes. Finally figured out were my order and when I thanked the girl I got nothing in return. I'm a GM for jersey mike's and this is definitely not professional or how I would run my store. Very disappointed. The only things I enjoyed was the food.

Literally slid my bowl thru the sour cream that was spilled on the counter and continued making other orders without cleaning it up. Did not have sauces and no ice in the soda machine. Employees rushed customers through the line, then went to the back to "chat" while all the food spilled was all over the countertop. Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Pay $20 for a bowl and chips not worth it.

How can you work at Chipotle and not know how to make rice.....please learn to be consistent and stop hiring people who cant cook. Honestly I want my money back for this terrible food.
