  The cheese steaks were lacking. The roast beef and cheddar had cheese wiz instead of cheddar And 4 meals was 55$

  Its really not hard to read a ticket. Get your heads back up between your shourlders instead of (insert imagined explicit material) and do your job. You're better than that.

  My drive thru experience here yesterday totally sucked. I've made several purchases here via the app with drive thru pickup with no issues but I'm probably done with them now. I sat at the drive thru speaker ignored for so long I actually finally asked "is anybody there?" The response was basically a rude kind of "in a minute ma'am" or something along those lines. When they finally got back to me I told them I had an app order for pickup. I drove around as instructed and after the car in front of me left I took my turn at the window. I sat watching while the guy at the window was pouring drinks and boxing and bagging other stuff and putting it aside. Never once at this point did he even attempt to look out the window. There was a woman working with him I tried to get attention from but I guess she didn't see me either. I finally loudly (and with frustration) said "excuse me!??!", at which point he looked at me, opened the window, said it would be ready soon or something of that nature & closed the window, then when he finally handed my order to me it was basically a "see? Here it is" with some more attitude moment. I've never been treated this way at a drive thru. Why couldn't he just acknowledge I was at the speaker and POLITELY say he'd be with me shortly or something... ANYTHING! And same thing at the pickup window. It only takes a few seconds to be polite and communicate with a customer. I resent being ignored at both the speaker and the window, and am totally disgusted at being talked to in such a rude, condescending, and basically "I don't give a crap" manner. I don't know if they were short staffed or what but the parking lot was NOT full and the drive thru was NOT backed up all the way around the building. There is absolutely no excuse for how I was treated. As much as I like the food, the service and people skills sucked yesterday and I honestly don't plan on going back. I'll figure out somewhere else to go where the employees might actually appreciate my business. Major disappointment... totally insulted and disrespected.
