  Great place and love it and have a great time at any other location, the Hanover location I’ve been to a number of times now they have only ever asked for my phone number for rewards once which prevents me from using my free drink when I earn it. And every single time every employee we have had has taken the screen when the tip option comes up they tip themselves. They are literally taking my money to tip themselves is unacceptable. This is the closest to me since it opened but it seems I should just make the longer drive

  7 Brew Coffee in Hanover has been the best new place that we needed in town. I especially want to give a shoutout to SiSi! She was so sweet, friendly, and FAST, and her positive energy truly made my morning even better. It’s always nice to start your day with someone who genuinely seems happy to be there and makes you feel welcomed. 💕 7 Brew, keep hiring amazing people like SiSi! She’s definitely a great representation of the kind of customer service and energy that keeps people coming back. 💛☕️

  Oh, where to begin… First off, this is extremely overhyped coffee slop. I’ve been here three times now, trying to figure out what everyone supposedly loves about this place, and I’ve been just as disappointed every single time. Everything tastes artificial, overly processed, and honestly just nasty. Secondly, the FOMO surrounding this place is borderline cult-like. It’s pathetic watching grown adults line up for hours just to get CHILDREN’S squishy toys. Hanover specifically, you guys need to find something better to do than sitting in these ridiculous lines for hours just to buy an overpriced drink that tastes like artificial garbage. The fact that people are willing to wait that long for this is genuinely baffling to me. As much as I hate the Britton Coffee owner, at least I don’t have to sit in a massive line watching childish employees take shotgun shots of energy drinks while I wait for slop. Never coming back, and I’ll forever recommend people go somewhere else.

  There’s something seriously flawed about the way in which they make and serve their drinks. From the time we placed our order to the time we received the drinks, it was 35 minutes. The queue when I got there wasn’t even to the end of the painted lines. From the time I got to the desk under the roof, I counted TWENTY CARS got their drinks before us including a massive truck who ordered 4 drinks TWENTY MINUTES AFTER US. I literally watched the guy pull in after we sat for 20 minutes and somehow he got his drinks 10 minutes before us. It’s not even the first time it’s happened. This is now the 3rd time but we let it slide before because the drinks were free. Now we are paying customers. Not sure what bull dookie is going on here but my time is worth far more than this EDIT (09/07/26) During the jackpot event with Brew Doh, we ran into issues but received great support and service from the manager. She was gracious, generous and understanding. We appreciate it. I’m bumping up the rating

  Purchased an online order. One drink was not correct, (the employee female with black hair in a braid, blue vest)kept reassuring it was correct but I knew it wasn’t based off the color of the drink. After leaving I had to get back in line’ the drink was infact wrong with pumpkin spice in it.. the first girl that attended me was very kind about correcting the situation and told me to keep the wrong drink and give it to a family member so I did, as we waited for the correct drink the female employee from earlier (black hair braided, blue vest) approached my vehicle and asked why was I waiting in line again, I told her that as I said earlier the drink was incorrect, she asked me for the drink and I told her the other employee told me to give it to a family member who began to drink it, and she said nope she needed the drink . So I took it from my family member and gave it to her, not sure if she took it back to give to someone else or threw it in the trash but she was slightly rude about it. I’m not sure I’d be back here and will not consider tipping next time to this employee if I do return.
