Driver had no change on their person and when I called the shop to ask about change back, as I had given the driver a large bill, I was rudely told by the manager "well I wasn't there i don't what happened" amongst other snide comments and rude treatment. Delivery driver and other staff were fine and civil; manager was a very rude woman. I don't know if she was having a bad day but that is no reason to be blatantly rude to a customer simply asking a question.
