- JSjules ShineMay 28, 20261.0Most often the self checkout is faster. However, the scanners do not work well. I was having difficulty scanning my items, and the employee monitoring the self checkout said to me that it was the yellow stickers they use that don't scan. Then he walked away. No offer of assistance. No attempt to mollify my angst at the scanner not working. I will not be shopping this store again. Every single time I go there, the employees are of no help. The checkout process ends up being so upsetting. It is not that I mind self checkout, I just get frustrated that they don't work, and the employee that ditched me, was Happy to assist a fellow coworker having difficulty with the self checkout next to me... 🤔
