  I have been going to the Greenville haleyville road once a week for past a few weeks with my daughter my daughter happens to have a security pet She carries around with her and her pet book bag all zipped up and no waiting for it to get out usually they're very welcoming about that and don't say anything this one particular time this past Friday we went in there the manager come out getting loud with us to get it out of there it's not allowed in the restaurant. I'm not exaggerating she literally loudly scolded us openly in front of everyone at their tables that had no idea we had a the bag as if we knew each other and I was unliked. But no I didn't know her and I didn't respond to her rude behavior I simply told my daughter to put her pet back pack on the car and stood there listening as she bad mouths us in the kitchen area I still said nothing. I received my food and my fries were unusually less than a small amount of fries I pointed it out to an employee wanting my amount to be adjusted to a usual amount just a little bit more. I was polite about as the employees are usually very nice to me. She directed me to the approval of the women that just had already made a seen. I simply repeat my request this woman smirks and say she measured them and that's what I got. I usually watch my food getting prepared not this time trying to avoid this aggressive conversation she personally had about me. Not wanting to respond and ruin things for my child but usually they have a small fri tray they fill and put into my meal deal . This time it looked as if she only put part of this small tray on my tray it was extremely skimpy I looked at her and simply said I would be speaking with her manager about how well she's doing. This manager didn't offer me her name she boasted I'm the manager as if there was nobody above her I simply said you're manager as I tried to end it and walk away but this manager was going on about herself being the manager as she ranted at me almost gloating I couldn't report her to anyone . I have no problem with leaving my daughter's pet out of the restaurant it would have been nice had she gotten my attention nicely and asked me to put my pet up while we ate. Even nicer not to listen to her slander against me as she went on about it loudly in the kitchen like a grade school child in the place of business I was spending my money not her at her place of employment. and I paid for my food it's not her place to take out her power moves on my order and tamper with the amount of fries I get rather purposely or negligently as she's preparing my food during a tantrum that shouldn't be in a workplace. I took the treatment as calm as possible ate my food without following her example and going on about it on my way out I asked the employee her managers name it was lisa well this was going to be my new spot to treat my little girl once a week but having this woman behaving unprofessional and baiting me into public display. I may want to consider going to a neighboring dairy Queen saying that these are all privately owned.

  Every time I come here my order is wrong because the woman taking drive thru orders is always in a rush. I ordered a “small twist cone with sprinkles”…somehow she heard “two cones with sprinkles”…no. Get that figured out, pay for what I did order, and I get a vanilla cone with sprinkles…not the first time my order has been wrong. Could overlook the lack of care for the building and property overall if the owner would learn how to talk to people instead of rushing. Use some profits for a new speaker or go on a vacation.

  Went to DQ and was standing in line at the counter inside. The girl working the drive thru speaker and register said to the gentleman photoed that “this car wants to pay for the one behind it, he gave a $20 bill”… The gentleman photoed said “charge him for extra stuff so we can keep the money as a tip”! He then proceeded to take the extra money and stuff it in his own pockets. Not only did this guy steal from a customer, he took advantage of someone wanting to do good in the world. Absolutely appalled.
