  So they decided to run out of lettuce and still wanted to charge me full price for my sandwich. One, what kind of sandwich shop runs out of lettuce, dude/manager assumed my bf new that there was no lettuce when there wasn't any in the containers (2 hours before there scheduled close) and the manager tried to say it's because business picked up, but I promise that's definitely not true considering wingstop is next door (that's where we'd have been but my bf just got his gall bladder out) so thanks subway for being a failure. Literally it's not hard to keep enough lettuce in your store til inventory comes. And yes I worked at 16 years ago and literally this would have never happened, ever. Obviously management is just plain horrible, like why couldn't they even discount my sandwich (also I only get THREE PIECES OF TURKEY ON MY SANDWICH, I don't like meat so it's not like I'm asking for a lot here). Get it together. And get some lettuce while you're at it.

  We came 15 minutes prior to close (please don’t do that we felt so bad) and L was the only employee. He was so kind and whipped us up our sandwiches with a smile. Definitely wanted to shout him out!

  This Subway location is easily the worst I've ever experienced. I've tried ordering twice through the app, and both times my order was immediately canceled. The first time, I received a text saying my order was changed or canceled. When I called, I was told I needed to call back and speak to "Holly" for a refund, but I was eventually able to get my money back through my bank. I assumed the cancellation was due to the late hour and decided to give them another chance. The second app order was simply canceled with no explanation, so I gave up. My husband then ordered through DoorDash (unaware of my previous issues), and our sandwiches were a mess, plus our chips and drinks were missing. While I generally enjoy Subway, I strongly advise against ordering online from this particular location.

  All of the vegetable containers were covered in mold at first I thought it was just ice till I seen the fuzz ball in the first picture. I was going to say something but the two men working there were already being pretty rude and contrary to how I might look I honestly didn't wanna deal with confrontation.
