They didn’t even say, “Hey, I’ll be with you.” I asked them multiple times, “Hey, hello!” and they just said, “Sorry, we’re busy.” It was incredibly unprofessional.

I usually am a regular at my hometown Dunkin but this one was on my way home and I must say they did better than my home town. At first glance my usual coffee order was a different “shade” as back home so I questioned it but it was rung in/made correctly and actually tasted so much better too. I told my husband on the ride back home “this is the best coffee I’ve had in my life!!” I was impressed and it made a sh!tty day much better (we went to visit family for a Deathaversary). Everyone was also super nice as well
- AAAmeliaSep 17, 20261.0Ordered two tiramisu cloud lattes through the drive thru, the employee cashed us out at the window then we heard the employee making the coffees say “I don’t even have enough syrup for one let alone two”. Proceeded to take 10 minutes making our coffees and the employee handed them to us said “sorry we spilled them so we had to remake them”. The coffees had no syrup in them. I wouldn’t have been mad if the employees were just honest saying they didn’t have enough syrup, and we had to order something else. Instead paid 12 dollars for two crappy coffees.

Not sure if it’s just pure laziness or you guys just don’t know how to keep stuff in stock. Today I ordered sausage and my wake up wrap instead of getting sausage I get bacon. On top of that, you didn’t even have the common decency to put a straw in the bag. I’m sure this place is pretty busy in the morning but that’s not an excuse for laziness do better
