I said I am here to make an order and the 2nd employee still insisted something about cheese I repeated I don't care about whatever she was trying to say, I wanted to make an order ... still something about cheese so I walked out. 10 min ... 1 refused to do anything ... 1 wouldnt stop talking about cheese ... and 1 employee was actually doing work/busy never had a chance To make it worse ... empty drive thru and only 1 other customer in the store and in 10 min no one could be bothered to take my order *EDIT* After getting the reply from Chipotle and asking me to use their website ... I wasted 30 min trying to tell the AI then an agent. The online website was worse then useless, it actively prevented me from reaching a person.

Order a kids quesadilla and it came crinkled up in foil, cheese not even melted. Received regular milk instead of chocolate. Ordered a regular quesadilla and was missing the side of guac I paid for, sour cream and salsa. So just got rice and quesadilla. I should have know better not to even get chipotle. This used to be my go to location but they have been far from great. Only did this bc they don’t make you pay for delivery, and I had a birthday reward. And when I reported it on the app they just gave me a few free items that don’t make up for the mistakes and a month to use them. I don’t want more mistakes. Not ordering from here again. Learned my lesson.
