  My wife and I stopped at this location around 630pm on Aug 15. First you are understaffed which can be forgiven because it is tough to keep employees in these positions. However the brown rice was completely undercooked and crunchy. That ruined the whole bowl. It's not hard to cook rice, folks. For as expensive as this food is now, the expectation should be to at least not ruin rice.

  My experience at this store was atrocious. I arrived at about 820pm. There were approximately 3 people in front of me in line and what looked to be about 5 people who had already ordered and were waiting. There appeared to be only 3 people working. 1 girl taking orders and preparing the food. 1 girl in back cleaning. And 1 boy not sure what he was doing. It took about 10-15 minutes for the three people ahead of me to order. I got to my turn and the people waiting for food said something about the time they were waiting. The 1 girl that was taking orders and preparing the food and was definitely in no hurry left the counter and began to attempt looking at the five bags lined up for the drive through and then proceeded to leave the back area to try to hand out empty cups to a few customers that were waiting for their orders in the dining area. I simply wanted a burrito. The couple behind me in line left. I left. I went and got a burrito at Sheetz which probably was much faster to drive there and order and get my food as I would have probably still been waiting for my food at this store. I will never go back to this location and if another location has similar problems I won't go back to Chipotle. I'll go elsewhere like Sheetz. There was no order or what even appeared to be effective workers or management at this location. Horrible, horrible experience.

  I will not be going to this chipotle any more. Every time I go here to pick up my online order it takes much longer than it should. The food usually is ready about 10 minutes after your intended pick up time, which normaly isnt a big deal, however today after waiting an hour after my pick up time to not even have my food started to be prepared I left and immediately called the customer service number and got a refund. I ordered 1 lonely little burrito and an hour after my pick up time I still had nothing. Only to be ignored by pretty much everyone at the counter. I saw the "manager" looking at me knowing I was upset that it was taking so long and he even ignored me and wouldn't walk towards me. This place is ridiculous and maybe needs better training and managerial skills. Im not sure all I know is he was more worried about someone coming in. Once he saw whoever it was he ran to the back screaming "hes herer" how about the people that have been waiting an hour plus for their food. There were a few people that were there waiting even before I showed up. 10 out of 10 would recommend driving to the chipotle by the Walmart instead.

  I always order online because the wait time is way too long no matter what time I go in. Food is always good and employees always seem to try their best. But you need more employees scheduled at once. I went in today to pick up my online order for 7:30. Didn’t get it till 750 which is fine I know it’s busy. But there’s 20 people in line waiting to order and one person making orders and one person doing to go orders and 2 people in the back. But how is it reasonable to only have 1 person on the front line and then expected to go back and forth to the register, kind of ridiculous. It happenes way too much.

  My daughter insisted that we go here. I'm not much into anything spicy, but went to please her. I had a basic bowl with beans, steak, lettuce, and cheese. Didn't have much taste to it, so I asked for the mildest sauce they had. Used it sparingly, and was pretty spicy for me. The food was actually very good, and I handled the spicing like an adult. I definitely would stop again, to try something different
