- MMMicahMay 31, 20261.0The dining area needed cleaned, but not as bad as the counter where they make the food. There was food everywhere and instead of cleaning the prep area they just slid your food through the mess and handed it to you covered in various things. One of the employees was struggling and another was being snippy towards her, so when she needed help she waited for the other to go grab something so she could ask someone else who was nicer about it. The bickering between the two was very off putting and unprofessional. The soda machine was broken and spraying at people. There was no note and it was still turned on. I watched two people throw out cups for drinks they paid for and no one offered a refund or for it to be filled in the drive thru. This place needs help.

I suspect they are understaffed, and that their online ordering app promising 10 minute turnaround during peak hours is setting them up for failure. Hire more staff, please!

I asked for the night ? He said yes ..really? Your open for hours yet asked for manager was told none was there ..WTH? Asked them to make more chicken they didn't want to but eventually did I said I'd wait for it ..a bus load of people then came in the guy working the front said we can't take care of all of you we're out of so much stuff (lettuce,salsa, chips ,chicken) poorly managed ...when we finally got our bowls they were so skimply made ....I feel I'm definitely owed a refund or 2 new bowls made right..Moe's makes a huge much better bowl with many more toppings and it's cheaper ..if only they were closer to me ....would appreciate a response and a result to my experience
