  It was dirty and gross trash over flowing tables dirty was out of ice coke zero and diet coke it was my first time there will nor go back

  The staff at this chipotle is so Rude! Two days in a row was served by the same employee the younger lightskin girl and she does not know how to talk to people and seems to make it the customers problem for asking for things your out of. How are you out of chips constantly two days in a row? And shredded cheese? Are you actually out or do the children running this establishment just not wanna restock the line? And Maybe you should say that before someone starts ordering! learn how to make eye contact with people and speak with some tone of respect when talking. I will be making the longer drive to the mall location from here on out!

  I ate here this past Saturday, and about 2 weeks ago. During both visits, the soft drink machine had no ice. It is very difficult to drink room temperature soda, iced tea, etc. Staff didn't care and didn't offer to get me ice from the back. Tables filthy. Garbage cans overflowing. That's not even the worst part. The people they have working the food line should not be serving in public facing jobs. They are unfriendly, not happy with their jobs and force you to repeat your order several times. Not only that the portion size of rice and beans is miniscule. Both times I ordered extra meat ($4+). about 80% of the chicken I got both times was edible. The other 20% I had to spit out or just didn't bother trying to eat it as it did not look appetizing. I've now been there twice in a month and won't be back anytime soon.

  Came in at 3:30. First they have a man on the line who scratched his face with his glove and then went to prepare my child’s quesadilla. Then proceeded to tell me sorry I can’t make this for you because it’s only for online orders. I then had to correct him. And he made it poorly. He also made my bowl with child size portions. 13 $ to still be hungry. The only helpful, nice, cleanly looking person was the man on the grill. Plus the whole establishment is filthy.

  Opens up at 10:45, arrived at 10:50, doors were open. I went up to the front and someone came up to me and said they would be ready in a few minutes, and I understand they may need a bit of extra time but I was standing there for another 10 mins and no one said anything else or took my order. Floors and tables were also dirty. This was my first time here and makes me not want to return.
