  I was there today about 12:40pm. The 2 food servers were good. However, the serving area was filthy. Lots of food spilled around the food containers and on the shelf. Almost all of the dining tables were dirty with spilled food. There was food on the floor. There were no soft drink fountains or clear drink dispensers working. ( Good thing because they were filthy.)There were no napkins in the dispensers and only spoons to eat with. Only two bottles of hot sauce were out. They did not have any of the new cilantro lime sauce available. The cashier said they were shorthanded and couldn’t get everything prepared for opening. It was a very disappointing experience when compared to many prior visits.

  I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt due to how busy it can be, but it seems even when it is not busy this place reliably and consistently fails to deliver any semblance of “service”, the portions are reliably small almost every order I’ve placed here, (I will purposely spend the extra $5 for the cup of protein because double meat is never actually double) the $10 Quesadilla pictured had a total of around 5 pieces of chicken and also none of the sides that were requested to be along with it and the bowl pictured was supposed to be double meat, extra corn salsa and sour cream. Expect these portions reliably for anything you order here even if you state EXTRA. Everything you read in these reviews about cleanliness is also unfortunately glaringly true. I agree with a previous review stating the owner could use a few shifts in this place to help their workers and truly get an idea of what it’s like. Every-time I come in it’s worse than the last.

  This is the 5th time in like the past month I have tried to come in around the evening here and it seems to always be a mess. Very little protein or missing supplies, management frustrated and employees frustrated because customers are upset they have nothing prepped. Tables consistently dirty, pop machines out of soda, no silverware or napkins. Today I walked in only chipotle honey chicken a available no other protein all the rest was being prepped at time I came in. Man on grill overwhelmingly frustrated with his employees. Had to go to another Chipotle and have had to do this consistently for the past month or so. Every time I have been here in the morning it usually is good but two mornings I came in at open no protein besides chicken, no beans, barely anything ready. Not sure if it is a result of poor staffing or just minsmanagement of time. Stuff Definitely needs to be fixed. Unacceptable customer satisfaction.

  Typically I love chipotle but what I witnessed at this location was just terrible. First of all, the place was a mess. I was getting takeout, but even if I wanted to eat in, I wouldn’t have been able to because nearly every table was dirty. There was food on the floor, the drink station was a wreck. More importantly though, the woman behind the counter was SO RUDE to the 2 Mexican kids who were in line after me. They were trying to point to what they wanted and she kept saying “what? Burrito or bowl?” Again, they would point and all she said was “if I can’t understand you then I can’t serve you”… I was about to try to help them myself, but then another NORMAL human being/employee came over and waited on them. Ma’am you work at chipotle. I hope if you ever go to McDonald’s in Mexico, someone yells at you about not speaking the language. DO BETTER.

  The food prep area was covered with dry beans and old food crusted everywhere. They had run out of chicken, and instead of getting more from the other station, they gave my wife barely a quarter serving. The queso even had corn and pieces of chicken mixed in from food being dropped into it, and no one cared enough to remove it. It was bad enough that as soon as they handed me my food, I told them they needed to clean up because it was honestly disgusting. My wife and I sat in the car for a minute, talked about it, and both agreed there was no way we were going to eat that food, so I went back inside and returned it. I understand places get busy, but it was not busy at all when we were there. It takes two minutes to wipe down a prep area and keep things sanitary. Instead, they left it looking dirty, unsanitary, and careless. If a health inspector had walked in that night, they likely would have been shut down. The picture provided doesn't even show the full extent the Area not in the picture was 10 times worse
